The agreement for using The Keep.
The Keep is a campaign-tracking tool made by Studio Pepwuper Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms. We have kept them plain. Last updated: 16 June 2026.
The service
The Keep helps game masters track the characters, relationships, and secrets in a tabletop campaign. It is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may pause or discontinue the service. Because of that, we recommend exporting your campaigns periodically to keep your own copy.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Your content
The campaigns and other content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content so the app can work — including rendering the player-safe view to people you share a link with. You are responsible for the content you create and upload, and you agree not to use The Keep for anything unlawful or to upload material you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or to other people's campaigns, and no using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and data
We do our best to keep The Keep running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups using the export feature for anything important to you.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, Studio Pepwuper Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost campaigns.
Termination
You may stop using The Keep and delete your campaigns at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
